The Varsity Boys Golf team competed in the Center Grove Regional at Hickory Stick. The Braves shot 317 to finish 4th and miss the State Finals by a single stroke. Sam Kaiser, Jacob Gould, and Chris Goodyear shot 79. Jon Osting carded 80 and Pat Hermiller 81.

The Varsity Boys Golf Team will continue their post season play on Thursday, June 5th at Hickory Stick. The Braves posted a 302 in Sectional 14 at South Grove and finished 2nd place in a field of 14 teams. Low for the Braves was freshman Jon Osting with 74, Chris Goodyear carded 75, Pat Hermiller 76, and Sam Kaiser 77.

The JV Boys Golf Team won the Inaugural Brebeuf Jesuit JV Invite at
Wood Wind Golf Club on May 22nd. The Braves fired a 9 hole score of
155 for the victory. Freshman Gus Gilmore was medalist with an
even-par round of 36. Freshman Jacob Gould carded 38, Matt Gehl 40,
and Seth Hensley 41.

The Varsity Boys Golf Team went 2-1 in the annual Meridian Hills Quad Invite. The Braves shot 155 and defeated North Central and Pike, but fell to Cathedral by two strokes. Low for the Braves was Chris Goodyear and Pat Hermiller each with 38s. Hayden Koplow carded 39 and Sam Kaiser 40.

The Varsity Boys Golf Team placed 2nd in the Crooked Stick Invite by firing 156. Carmel won the event with 154, Cathedral finished 3rd with 158, HSE fourth with 159, Zionsville fifth with 162, and Lebanon sixth with 164. Low for the Braves was Pat Hermiller with 38, Sam Kaiser 39, Chris Goodyear 39, and Ian Cleary 40.

The Varsity Boys Golf Team shot an 18 hole season low of 308 in the Marion County Tournament. Chris Goodyear earned runner-up individual all-county honors firing a 1 over par 71. Jon Osting earned all-county by carding a 74, Sam Kaiser added 79, and Hayden Koplow 84.

The Varsity Boys Golf Team shot 323 and were edged out by Carmel by 4 strokes to earn a 2nd place finish in the annual Harv Sutton Memorial Invite at Heartland Crossing. Low for the Braves was Andrew Pence with 79 who finished 5th overall as an individual. Hayden Koplow carded 81, Chris Goodyear 81, and Sam Kaiser 82.

The Varsity Boys Golf Team shot a season low 148 to defeat Park Tudor. Medalist was Chris Goodyear with a 1 under 35. Jon Osting carded 36, Andrew Pence 37, and Hayden Koplow 40.
The Braves Developmental team shot 180 and defeated Roncalli. Medalist was Terry Sullivan with 44.

The Varsity Boys Golf Team shot 154 and defeated North Montgomery but was edged out by a stroke at the hands of Lebanon at Trophy Club. Medalist for the match was Sam Kaiser with 36. Hayden Koplow added 38, Jon Osting 40, and Chris Goodyear 40.

The JV Boys Golf Team defeated Covenant Christian, 151-192. Jon Osting was medalist with a even-par round of 35. Gus Gilmore carded 37, Jacob Gould 39, and Andrew Pence 40.
The Gold Developmental team was defeated by Roncalli. Terry Sullivan earned medalist honors with 42.

The JV Boys Golf Team defeated University, 155-216. Jack Bayt and Matt Gehl were co-medalists each with 38. Phil French shot 39 and Jon Osting carded 40.

The Varsity Boys Golf Team improved their record to 3-0 after defeating Lawrence North, 159-178. Sam Kaiser and Ian Cleary were co-medalists after carding 38's. Pat Hermiller shot 41 and Chris Goodyear 42 to round out scoring for the Braves.

The Varsity Boys Golf Team shot 313 and finished 2nd in the Cardinal Ritter Classic at Winding River Golf Course. The Braves were tied with the top ranked team in the state, Cathedral, after the front nine. At the conclusion, the Braves were edged out by 3 strokes by the Irish. Sam Kaiser tied for 2nd low individual for the tournament with a 76, Chris Goodyear 77, Hayden Koplow 80, and Pat Hermiller 80.
4/8
The boys golf team opened up the 2008 season with victories over Roncalli and Perry Meridian at Winding River Golf Course. The Braves carded a total score of 156, Roncalli totaled 156, and Perry Meridian finished with 158. The Braves won the match based upon a 5th man tie-breaker due to the efforts of sophomore Seth Hensley who shot 40 and freshman Jon Osting who also shot 40. The fifth man of Roncalli carded a 42. Other scores that counted for the Braves included junior Sam Kaiser with a 37, sophomore Chris Goodyear with a 39, junior Hayden Koplow with 40, and sophomore Pat Hermiller with a 40.
The Braves developmental golf team competed in an intra-squad stroke play match at Wood Wind. Sophomore Jack Bayt was medalist with a score of 37.
The home course of the Brebeuf Jesuit Boys Golf Team is Wood Wind Golf Club.
