Faculty
At Brebeuf Jesuit, our 76 highly qualified and experienced faculty members have the remarkable privilege and challenge of educating some of Indiana’s best and brightest students in the Ignatian tradition. Brebeuf Jesuit seeks motivated individuals interested in caring for the whole person to teach in the following areas:
English, Mathematics, Language, Physical Education, Religious Studies, Science, Social Studies, and Visual and Performing Arts
In addition to the academic year, opportunities are available to teach at enrichment camps and summer school at Brebeuf Jesuit. Ongoing professional enrichment opportunities are supported and encouraged.
Staff/Administration
Staff members and administrators at Brebeuf Jesuit handle the daily operations of the school in a Jesuit educational environment that is welcoming of all backgrounds and faith traditions. Staff and administrative positions are offered at various levels in several offices throughout the school, including: Academic Counseling, College Counseling, Campus Ministry, Institutional Advancement, Principal’s Office, Deans’ Office, Media Center, Information Technology, Database Management, Athletics, Admissions, Community Service, and the Business Office.
Coaches/Moderators
Brebeuf Jesuit is a Division 3A school of the Indiana High School Athletics Association. Students can compete in baseball, basketball, cross country, football, golf, soccer, softball, tennis, wrestling, track and field, swimming, and volleyball. There are also several club sports: hockey, lacrosse, cheerleading, dance team, crew, and bowling. Since these sports—and/or the moderation of any of our 51 student clubs—involve a part-time commitment, they may be undertaken in conjunction with a full-time job, either at Brebeuf Jesuit or elsewhere.
