Job Description
TITLE OF POSITION: Deans’ Office Assistant
ACCOUNTABILITY: This position reports to the Deans
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Note: The following list of responsibilities is not exhaustive. Others may be assigned, subject to reasonable accommodations.)

Professional and effective written and verbal communication with students, staff and parents

Reception, sick room, ID cards, locker/lock assignments, parking passes

Maintain flexibility in this multi-task environment which also includes recording daily attendance, maintaining health records and organizing/performing all clerical aspects of the Deans’ Office
CREDENTIALS:
REQUIRED:

Proficiency in Word, a moderate skill level in Excel and the willingness and aptitude to grow in computer skills

Ability to work independently in a pleasant, polite, highly organized manner
PREFERRED:

Previous experience in a secondary school setting
