Brebeuf Jesuit students must use the east door of the Gym Lobby for all entrances and exits.  All visitors use the Main Lobby Entrance.

Please note: for the first week or two of school, Gym Lobby renovations will still be under way. During this time, your student should enter the building through the Wellness Center ramp, located just east of the gym lobby student entrance.

The Brebeuf Schedule

Brebeuf Jesuit’s schedule utilizes a Day 1-5 format with built in breaks, called Personal Responsibility Time (PRT).  Classes begin at 8:15 a.m.  Dismissal is at 3:15 p.m.

Zero Hour courses begin at 7:15 a.m.

Parent Parking

Brebeuf Jesuit parents are asked to park in the Visitor Parking Lot.  The numbered spots are designated for faculty and staff.

Freshman Service Day

On Friday, August 3 we are excited to offer a service outing for incoming freshmen to volunteer at Gleaners. The Freshman Service Day is a great way to get to know fellow incoming freshman as well as teachers and staff that join the group as chaperones.

If you have any questions, please contact Nick Klingler.

Wellness Center Orientation

Wellness Center Orientation for all incoming Brebeuf Jesuit students will be June 4-7, 2018 from 7:00-9:00 a.m. Student-athletes should plan on attending two of the four sessions in order to complete their orientation.

Locker Assignments

Locker assignments will be posted outside the Dean’s Office on August 8 at 9:00 a.m.  Students are welcome to set up their lockers at this time.

Student IDs

Students will get their school IDs on the first day of classes on August 9.

School Pictures

School pictures will take place on August 9, the first day of school, from 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. in the Efroymson Auditorium.

Cafeteria Information / Lunch

The Brebeuf Jesuit Cafeteria uses a point-of-sale system in which students can scan their Student ID and their lunch amount is deducted from their account on PayForIt.net.

Families will receive an email from the Brebeuf Jesuit Business Office over the summer containing their STUDENT PATRON ID which will be required to set up their PayForIt.net account.
