Brebeuf Jesuit is committed to educating students based on their ability to learn rather than their ability to pay.

Brebeuf uses Facts Grant and Aid Assessment (FACTS) to manage the financial aid process. FACTS helps Brebeuf assess a family’s ability to pay school costs and make objective and fair financial aid decisions. Based on the results of the financial aid application, FACTS estimates the amount a family can contribute to tuition and fees. Brebeuf uses this estimate, as well as the school’s budget and financial aid policies, as a starting point for financial aid awards.

Financial Aid Details:

  • Financial aid awards are for one year only.
  • Families must reapply each year.
  • Regardless of marital status, both parents must apply for financial aid.

Brebeuf Jesuit Merit Scholarships

Brebeuf Jesuit is pleased to offer a Brebeuf Jesuit Merit Scholarship to students who score in the 95th to 99th percentile of the High School Placement Test (HSPT).  All students who take the HSPT by January 1, 2022, will be considered for this scholarship during our admissions process.  If a student takes the HSPT at another Catholic high school, that test result must be sent to the Brebeuf Jesuit Admissions Office from the testing school by January 1, 2022 for consideration.

HSPT Score of 99 qualifies a student for a $3,000 award.  This award is renewable each year as long as the student maintains a 3.2 GPA or higher.

HSPT Score of 95 to 98 qualifies a student for a $2,500 merit award. The $2,500 award is renewable each year as long as the student maintains a 3.2 GPA or higher.

The Center for Leadership Development (CLD) Scholarship

Brebeuf Jesuit, in partnership with the Center for Leadership Development (CLD), solicits applications for a scholarship exclusively available to young men and women who are candidates for freshman admission to the school. The scholarship is intended to meet the full institutionally-determined need of chosen applicants through a mix of merit-based/need-based aid, grants, institutional sources, and/or student employment (work study). To determine the need on which to base the award, all applicants must also complete the financial aid application process that is a regular component of the Brebeuf Jesuit application process. The scholarship is renewable each year of the student’s Brebeuf Jesuit career that he or she maintains a GPA of 3.0 or above.
