Black Student Union Students Serve at the New Life Worship Center Food Pantry
This past Saturday, members of the Black Student Union helped to organize and distribute food to Indianapolis residents at the New Life Worship Center Food Pantry. These students helped to provide Indianapolis families food for the holidays and to forge relationships within our larger community.
The partnership with New Life was actually initiated and organized by a Brebeuf freshman, Christiana Vernon. These students are starting to look at “community service” as a principle of life, instead of an event. Great job!
