There will be a mandatory graduation rehearsal on Friday, June 2 at 10:00 a.m. at Clowes Memorial Hall on the Butler University campus.  All senior students must attend and arrive at 10:00 a.m. sharp.  We should be finished approximately by noon.  Attendance at rehearsal is required in order for students to participate in the commencement ceremony.

Students need to arrange their own transportation to Clowes Hall.  There is a parking garage for our students to use which is located in the 4700 block of Sunset Avenue, between 46th and 49th Streets. Motorist access to the 1,040-space garage is available from Sunset Avenue.  Students may use cash or credit cards to pay for garage parking.

Honors Cords and NHS cords will be distributed at rehearsal.  Seniors must bring these with them to the graduation ceremony as no extras will be available.

Attire at rehearsal is casual.

Baccalaureate Mass will be held on Sunday, June 4, from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. in the West Gym.  Academic apparel is not worn for this – convocation dress is appropriate.  You may bring as many guests as you would like to the Mass. Students sit with their families in chairs on the gym floor. Seating is on a first come, first served basis.

A reception hosted by the Mothers Association and a group of mothers from the junior class will be held immediately following Mass in the courtyard outside the gym lobby.

Faculty, staff and administrators will be present.  No RSVP is required.

Seniors will receive their Brebeuf Jesuit Baccalaureate medal at the end of the ceremony.  If a Senior is unable to attend Mass, they will still receive their medal before graduation starts at Clowes Hall.

Graduation will be held on Sunday, June 4 at 4:30 p.m. at Clowes Memorial Hall on the Butler University campus.  Doors will open to the public at 3:30 p.m.  Seniors should wear the honor cords and blue NHS cord that they will receive at graduation rehearsal. Convocation attire should be worn under cap and gown.

Please plan to take any personal family photos you want to have in their graduation attire, PRIOR to the graduation ceremony. Graduates will drop off their attire immediately after the ceremony, without the opportunity for photos in their attire afterwards.

All senior students should arrive at 3:30 p.m.

Tickets are not necessary and seating is general admission.

All families are encouraged to park in the newly constructed parking garage located in the 4700 block of Sunset Avenue, between 46th and 49th Streets. Motorist access to the 1,040-space garage is available from Sunset Avenue.

Please note: The parking garage will be cash only on graduation day and the charge for the day is $5.00. Credit cards, unfortunately, will not be accepted.

Lifetouch photographers will photograph every graduate.  There is no need to sign up.  Photos will be online at one week after the ceremony.

Complimentary proofs will be mailed to the graduates.  There is no obligation to purchase.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
