Ignatian Yoga is a collaborative ministry of Jesuits and lay people that integrates the spirituality of St. Ignatius and the practices of yoga and meditation. Ignatian Yoga invites participants to reflect on God’s presence in their life experiences, connecting mind body and spirit with a diverse array of old and new practices. Ignatian Yoga embodies Cura Personalis through its programs, including:
- Background and core principles of Ignatian spirituality and Yoga
- Ignatian prayer including the Examen, Spiritual Exercises, Ignatian Discernment, Ignatian Contemplation
- Yoga practices including active flow classes to restorative yoga and meditation
- Communal prayer, silent reflection and group sharing

Cost: $75 (includes two Ignatian Yoga sessions, lunch, and Mass)
Proceeds to benefit Brebeuf Jesuit service and immersion trips to Pine Ridge Reservation, El Salvador, Belize and Chicago.
