Student Enrollment for 2020-2021 School Year
Dear Brebeuf Jesuit Families,
As a follow up to our June 19, 2020 Campus Reopening Live Q&A webinar, we wanted to take the opportunity to follow up concerning student enrollment for the 2020-2021 academic year. We are working to be transparent and keep you up-to-date and informed on the plans to reopen campus utilizing input and resources from the CDC, Department of Education, Indiana High School Athletic Association, and a task force of local medical professionals.
While we are working on a careful and safe return to campus, we remain hopeful for a spirit of collaboration and support. Questions and concerns will be addressed with the safety of all on our campus at the forefront of our operations.
We are mindful that some of you may still have concerns about reopening plans as they relate to your student.
We want to make sure your concerns are addressed and we offer the following:
- Personal conversation with Principal, Greg VanSlambrook to address specific questions and concerns for your student. Please contact Shani Simonson at email@example.com to schedule a time to speak.
- If you have specific concerns about the financial impact COVID-19 has caused your family and you have questions about tuition payment plans and support, please contact Melissa Grabowski at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Per the student enrollment contract, families have until July 1 to withdraw without penalty (except forfeiture of any reservation deposits). In light of the current climate, we wish to extend the deadline to July 15. Should your student plan to not return for the fall semester, please contact Amy Pitcher at email@example.com in order to process the withdrawal.
Thank you for patience during these challenging times. Please visit brebeuf.org/reopening to keep up-to-date on announcements and developments concerning our reopening plans and procedures. Best wishes for a safe, healthy, and enjoyable summer.
Fr. Bill Verbryke, S.J. and Greg VanSlambrook
