College Visitation Policy for Students
For planned absences, parents or students must notify the Dean at least seven days in advance. Parent and teacher signatures will be required for all such absences. College visitations also require the approval of the student’s College Advisor.
Absences which extend school vacations require the approval of the Dean seven days in advance of the last school day before the holiday.
Planned absence forms need to be picked up by the student after the Deans have approved the absence. Students must then obtain the required teacher signatures and return the planned absence form to the Dean’s Office prior to the absence.
