Update on #BrebeufDrives

A huge thanks to everyone that brought in donations for our first #BrebeufDrives event.  We had a tremendous response with all the donations going to the Dayspring Center for Homeless families.  Some athletes from our Men’s Soccer team made the trip down to deliver the donations and the staff at Dayspring was humbled by amount of donations.

The Brebeuf Jesuit community donated:

  • 270 wash cloths
  • 54 bath towels
  • 87 bottles of shampoo and conditioner
  • 47 deodorants
  • 36 bottles of shower gel
  • 135 bars of soap

Our annual Help for the Holidays Drive begins next Friday, November 4.  Students will be collecting gifts for the Catholic Charities Christmas Store in their homerooms. The Christmas Store helps provide Christmas gifts to the children of over 700 low income families in Indianapolis. We are still in need of Homeroom Moms to help coordinate the students efforts as they bring in their donations for the drive.  If you are interested you can sign up by clicking the link below.

There are also opportunities to volunteer at the Christmas Store once it opens.
